Planning Meetings
After our initial call, we'll get you set up with the resources to stay organized during your planning journey. This makes it easier for us to swoop in 30-60 days before and pick up where you left off. We'll be chatting regularly in those last 30 days (remember when we said we like to vibe with our clients? Yeah, this is why).
Rehearsal Coordination
Planning to rehearse the night before? We'd highly recommend it, if not - You don't realize how difficult it is for some people to walk (ehem, groomsman Travis who can't remember his spot in line to save his life). Don't you worry, we've done this a time or two and corral cats in our sleep.
Management Of All Vendors Onsite
It's a pain in the a** to keep all 15+ vendors organized while trying to stay calm, manage family, and look your best (gotta keep that h&mu in tact). We're queens at keeping it all together on your behalf.
Day Of Timeline
I don't want to say we're timeline masters, but we're kind of timeline masters (it's an art to stay on time while making everyone feel relaxed). 30 days out, we get straight to work to make sure all gaps are filled and to get the troops of vendors in line.
Day Of Setup & Teardown
We make sure we know the setup/breakdown plan in advance so we can come in guns ablazing.
Complete Ownership
Listen, this may be a weird thing to guarantee but we will be obsessed with your day. We study the timeline, double/triple check anything in question, and problem solve in the moment to make sure nothing gets in the way of your wedding bliss.
